  1. Can I pay by credit card online?
    Yes, you can pay using most of the major credit and debit cards (except American Express) using our secure online shopping cart or if you prefer, by calling the telephone number above.

  2. Do you sell reproduction prints?
    No, we never sell modern reproductions, all our prints are guaranteed to be antique and each print has a date in the description. Where it has proved impossible to date the print a 'circa' or approximate date is included. A certificate of authenticity if provided with each item.

  3. Do you ship worldwide?

  4. Do you provide appraisal, identification or valuation of prints?
    No, we do not provide identifications, appraisals or valuations, please do not email of contact us by telephone for this information. For advice regarding valuation please click here - valuation of antique prints

  5. Are the items fully insured during shipping?
    Yes, all items are fully insured.

  6. Who pays for any import duties and taxes outside the UK?
    You the customer are liable for all import duties and taxes to import items to your country or state (we are based in the UK). Please contact you national or regional tax or customs authority for further advice.

  7. Can you supply prints mounted or framed?
    Yes we can. We are professional picture framed established since 1989 and specialize in framing antique picture with acid free materials and wash line mounts. Suggestions for framing can be sent via email if required. Framing and mounting will affect the cost of shipping, we will of course advise.

  8. Can I talk in person to someone regarding a print I wish to purchase?
    Yes, we have company policy of prompt personal contact and seek to establish a working relationship with our customers, you are not simply a credit card number, we value your custom. Call David or Karen on +44(0)1548 830872. Please do not call us for advice, appraisal or valuation of prints as we do not offer this service.

  9. Can I return my antique print?

    You must notify us within 14 days of receiving their goods that you want to return the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the items. You, the customer are responsible for return postage and insurance. We will offer a refund no later than 14 days of receipt of the returned items in good condition. See also our terms of trading
